By accessing and using ProveOutcomes, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
ProveOutcomes is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data management. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into ProveOutcomes. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your data only to provide and improve the service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
